To keep our ecological food print as low as possible, chef Jeffrey works according to the 70/30 principle.
70% sustainably grown seasonal vegetables and 30% fish, meat, shellfish and poultry.
With the Groene Hart as home base.
The beautiful surroundings of the cooking studio in Harmelen are home to many livestock farms, growers and gardeners.
